The web site looks much more inviting now.

Claiming to offer titles that they don't realy have in their library.


General Comments

I've been with Movie-stream for nearly a year now. They weren't particularly great for have a choice but did send the replacement disks on the day of receiving the returns. They even called me at times to check if I was happy with the rental. When I called I was dealt with some satisfaction.

They have been rebranded as Outnow. Ever since this rebranding things have gone down the drain. They have more films in their selection but I've found that many of them I never get. It's because they haven't even bought may of these films. I found this out when I phoned them to ask why I was not getting any disks sent to me for some time despite having 52 films in my selection. That's when they told me that it's not commercially viable for them to have these films in their library until a large number of people request them. I am sure this is wrong under the trade description. They are listing films in their library that they don't have to offer. They are claiming to offer a service that they are incapable of offering. Messages left 3 times to customer services haven't been answered. When I did finally manage to speak to their customer supervisor all I got was excuses and was blamed for having wrong kind of films in my selection.
