General Comments

I visited the Nando's, Riverside, Norwich.
The cafe paying concept (you order and pay for food at till before it is cooked) was a surprise but well explained by the very friendly staff.
The toilets were very clean.
The restaurant has a rustic Portuguese feel, which isn't too over the top.
We had to wait a total of 45 minutes from placing our order at the till until our meal was brought to us.

I ordered the chicken burger with coleslaw and fries as side orders. The coleslaw was disappointing cheap supermarket style coleslaw and not the creamy homemade style I was expecting. The fries (chips) again appeared to be frozen supermarket value fries, again disappointing. The burger itself was made with quality chicken in a ciabatta style roll.
