Quick to take money from me, didn't respond to Emails, can't get through on their customer services number and they haven't called me back to give an update!
Personally I have never used a 3rd party ticket site; on this occasion I really wanted Reading tickets for me and my girlfriend. Paid for the tickets 2 months ago and am still; "awaiting shipment". I emailed Seatwave to see if my tickets were guranteed and they came back very quickly saying yes. I have emailed them 3 more times now the event is 3 days away and have heard nothing back from them. I called their customer services and was advised they would call the seller and get back to me; this call was never received! I am now in serious doubt that I will ever see these tickets. To avoid huge disappointment I would avoid using this site. I will make it my personal duty to inform every music lover I know not to use this site!
