Absolutely none
They never delivered on time.
Flowers Direct UK - My daughter was in hospital and a family member organised for some flowers to be delivered. When they didn't arrive my husband phoned and we were informed they would be delivered to our home on saturday. We waited all day and received nothing. On Monday we received a call from the hospital to say the flowers had arrived? My husband spoke to the courier driver who refused to drive them 2miles down the road. We then phoned up to complain and instead of admitting fault, we were told that the person who told us they could be delivered to our house was incorrect. They also said if my relative wanted them redelivered they would have to pay another charge. All this, when the flowers never arrived on time in the first place, even though they charged the credit card. They said they tried to deliver but were turned away which is not true. I have since gone back to the hospital and asked everyone and no-one by the name of Mario works in the security/front desk dept.
All in all, this was a stressful time for us and a kind gesture was ruined by their seemingly appalling service and attitude.
