One member of staff in the store was very helpful and seemed genuinely embarrassed by the problems we were having
Where to start? There was dried food from the previous hire on three of the cravats and one handkerchief, buttons loose on two jackets and two pairs of trousers. The zip broke on one pair during wearing on the day also. Problems weren't put right until the afternoon before the wedding!
I feel disgusted with the service from the central hire department - goods not having been washed from the previous use. Having experienced these problems and spoken to other people we have found so many similar issues experienced by most people who have hired from them. I would never recommend them or use them again (unless i really didn't like the person i was recommending to)
