I don't understand why there is no fuel tank gauge on the bike. I'ts a simple thing to put in there for such an advanced bike.
Can't use it's full potential..(even on the race track) it's simply too powerfull.
Your family (if they are not riders) will never rest assured when you take this baby out. The bike does exactly what you order it to do, so there is no margin for error out there...furthermore, the acceleration is totally brutal..so be carefull....!!
I think i will buy an after market seat for my bike, the stock seat is not made for long rides.
General Comments
Suzuki used to take technology from the 750 and then put it on the 1000. From 2003 they reversed that, the tech on the 2003 GSX-R 1000 is put on the 750 in 2004.
Easy to control on low speeds... but an absolute MONSTER when you decide to open up the throttle from any gear. When your in sixth gear it feels like you're in fourth, never have been higher then 5000 rpm (have it for two months) but it seems to be all I could use (legally) on the road.
I love the looks of my K3, "baby Busa" and it's funcional too. This bike is a "smile machine" great for changing your mood.
I'm very proud of my K3 gixxer, it's smooth, very powerfull, sexy so almost a substitute for my girl..
Riding it is addictive, I remember standing up in the middle of the night just for a 40 minute ride.

Insurance
So, if a driver with the $5,000 minimum totals out your $15,000 bike, his insurance company will pay you only $5,000. How will you get the other $10,000?
