I'm a musician who needs the ability to compress to mp3 with tags.
Musicmatch quit working, I reinstalled it and it came up.
My problem is that I can't get to the upgrade link (while on the internet) to put in my upgrade key. What can I do to fix it. I'm frustrated with the lack of tech support for this product.
