I would agree with many other people who are dissapointed with vertbaudets customer service. I ordered over 20 items in the last two months, and received 20 separate sets of parcels. My first item was despatched 2 days after placing my order. Then every two days I received another parcel. It was really disappointing, because I had to wake up all the time at 7`0 clock to collect my parcel and sign, if I missed it then they just took it away. I don`t understand why they can`t just send everything in 1 or 2 parcels.
General Comments
I recently placed my first order with Vertbaudet, it was from the sale section. Their quality and style was really good, and the prices were quite low too. I then received my winter catalogue and couldn't resist placing another order with them, especially when they were giving me such a great offer with free delivery 30% off my most expensive item and 20% off the rest of my order. I am so pleased with my order, I would recommend it to any one. It really is worth giving vertbaudet a try.
