It worked for about six months with few difficulties.
Bad Points
Battery and A/C adapter stopped working after about 6 months.
Firmware updates were unavailable/not working at Creative site.
Creative customer service unable to repair this product as it is discontinued, so when it stops working, they can offer no remedy.
General Comments
The Creative Labs ZEN Portable Media Centre has been available for some years, however, I don't believe that this excuses Creative Labs from addressing repair issues. They should support their products for the life of them, even if you have to pay to fix it.
The only solution they offered was that I could buy a new device of similar value from them. Buy a new one...from them...I don't think so.
