Good Points

There were no good points I'm afraid to say.


Bad Points

Operators were in some instances wrong i.e. telling me a cheque had been sent for a refund when one had not, when I called to query where the cheque was a different operator was wrong again, stating they had checked and confirned it was on its' way - a week later when I called to say I was concerned it had still not arrived, to be told by another operator there was no way a cheque would be sent as it was not their policy. A few months later, upon cancelling the policy as I had sold the car, I was told that a cheque would be sent for a refund, and well, you can guess, a couple of weeks later I called to see where this cheque was and surprise of all surprises, there was 'nothing' to come, but if I kept up the monthly payments (why would I when I no longer had the car?) then these monthly amounts woudl be reduced to give me the refund.


General Comments

Every operator I dealt with gave me a different story. I would never recommend anyone to go to More Than for car insurance, and because of my experience with them on the car insurance, I would never go to them for any other kind of insurance either.
