Easy to use website, clearly laid out with information for hardware and peripherals, varied choice in different makes and manufacturers, the possibilities are pretty much endless. Delievered within specified time frame, when PC arrived looked very neat, nothing hanging about. Installed own OS (Ubuntu Hardy Heron) and it runs like a dream. Customer Service was excellent.
Looks like no phone support only email, but i actually prefer this (would you rather wait in a hold queue on a phone or wait for an email reply) the email reply was incidentally very quick.
I would definitely recommend Computer Planet to one of my colleagues, friends or anyone really, it helps if you know what you want, thats why i suppose you are custom building your own though. From the first point of sale (the website) to the day i first booted up my OS, the experience has been a very pleasant one: I did not find myself getting frustrated working my way round the website (like some others), the email support was swift and helpful, the packages delivered together and on time, but i guess what really matters was the product! needless to say it doesnt dissappoint.. if you are looking for no fuss and excellent prices in a custom made PC then i would get it from here.
