Bad Points

Only had it for one month, already had three call outs, two of those before I even used it! Service received has been very poor.


General Comments

I had a Britannia SI-10TC-SLX-S installed by a kitchen company. But before I could use it two of the gas rings had to be looked at as they didn't work, the small oven top stay clean liner was damaged and had to be replaced, now waiting for my two gas wok burners to be replaced as they don't fully work and a gas smell fills the kitchen when used,. My advice is don't buy Britannia at any cost!
