General Comments
Our company will never use UPS again. Their reporting systems are poor, as are their customer services. Refuse to properly inspect goods damaged in transit - even though the box was badly damaged and opened on arrival they refuse to accept that it could have been dropped. I even took this matter to the MD of the UK UPS office and even that could not get a proper inspection of damaged good.
