General Comments

A part on my Hotpoint HM315NI fridge arrived broken it is nearly four weeks now and we are still having difficulties getting hotpoint replacement. Hotpoint appears not to be very customer friendly and have made contacting them extremely difficult I feel. Bottle rack and other little gadgetries are incredibly difficult to use. Design and ease of use were not given much attention. Waste of time and money for these extras. The door shelves -have only been using this fridge for less than a week and already the bits want to fall off.
Instructions on installation not very clear. You need to drill your own holes in the fridge door (weird) in order to attach to your housing unit door. I was warned by a friend to avoid buying any hotpoint product I wish I had listened. For the price of their goods get yourself a Zanussi, Bosh or Neff.
