Good Points

Staff very nice.


Bad Points

Thought the kids club was terrible, woman left kids to wander off, not there most of time, I think it's not a 4 star maybe 2-3 star max in my opinion, thought the entertainment could be better, so called golden sands at beach bar are nothing but volcanic, and building sewage plant next door.


General Comments

In my opinion several issues described above need to be addressed to bring it any where near the standard of Riu Hotels which are superb. I would not recommend.
