It starts at a beginners pace and encourages slow progress to avoid burnout.
Bad Points
I don't think the weight measurement is accurate. Sometimes it showed a weight gain after working out and sometimes it showed an unusual loss of weight after a ten minute workout.
General Comments
All in all, I think it was worth the money and I'm glad I invested in it. I find myself wanting to push myself to continue and get in shape. It's nice to be able to work out in the privacy of your home and at a pace that does not discourage you.
