Good Points

The 3 DAY DIET, COVERS DAIRY, FRUIT,VEG,GRAIN(TOAST),MEAT.I can eat ice cream as well.it's good


Bad Points

Big appetite person may feel hungry,only eat so small amount food.
drink too much coffee,really not good for your skin.


General Comments

Really helpful, i started at begin of the month,three days i have lost 2kg, then eat normal/health for a while to keep my weight stable,not lose too fast then easily to gain back. start again this morning,wish to lose another 1.5kg this time.
drink too much coffee,really harmful 4 skin.
i try to drink a lot fresh apple juice( made by myself everyday) to clean up during normal eat days.
