Hotel is kept clean and tidy.
Bad Points
Hotel does not operate at 4 star level in my opinion.
I found some hotel staff could be ignorant and rude.
I found there to be no variety in food selections.
General Comments
Very disappointing one week stay in Falcon Hills Hotel. Did not live up to my expectations, I would not recommend it to any British tourists.
