Good Points

Me and my boyfriend went here for our first holiday away together and we both loved it! The location is fantastic as it's right opposite the beach, and the perfect distance away from Magaluf (close enough to walk to yet far enough away if your not into that kind of scene). There are so many bars and restaurants there we didn't even mange to go in them all and we never once had a bad meal out. The staff were nice enough and the reception area was lovely. The room was big and spacious with everything that you need, along with a perfectly sized balcony and a beautiful view of the sea! The bar was great to sit and relax in and always had a good energy to it. The pool was good as half of it was in the shade and half in the sun (however I don't think its suited for young children). Palma Nova itself was amazing, there is everything you could possibly want there and more, a great destination for absolutely any age range. The hotel overall was just right. There was nothing majorly worrying and we had a brilliant, comfortable stay there! We will definitely consider going back!


Bad Points

Well.. 1st, we thought the lift was way too small. The food was not (in my opinion) up to the standard of even attempting to eat! The restaurant was gorgeous, shame the same couldn't be said for the food, however, we didn't care as there were sooo many nice places to go out and eat we didn't let this get us down! The pool had no shallow end for children and no side snack bar, the entertainment in the bar was for 65 yr olds and over (once again this didn't bother us as we were out every night!) The shower kept going freezing while you were in it, the decorating in the corridors wasn't to the best standard possible and the rep (we went with First Choice) we never saw there! However the worst thing I felt was that the maid would come in every morning between 7.30 and 8.00! And even when we put the do not disturb sign on the door knob she ignored it and used her key to just come prancing through when me and my boyfriend were there dead to the world!


General Comments

Amazing holiday, will definitely be returning! Hotel lovely, yes there were a few things that we could have done without, but hey, we made the most of it! Read this for the best, most honest review you will find on the net!!
