Good Points

So far, TV and phone packages have been extremely reliable.


Bad Points

Broadband Tech Support is almost non-existent.


General Comments

My broadband connection with Virgin Media has been down for 21 days now (and counting). Despite 11 phone calls to attempt to resolve the problem.

I have since lodged a complaint with OFCOM (and would urge others experiencing problems to do the same). A detailed letter of complaint has also been sent to Virgin Media via email (after 3 full working days, no response has been received to date).

It is my personal opinion that Virgin Media are not fit to supply a reliable broadband service to me and I will be terminating my account in full with them if I do not receive a response to my complaint by close of play today.

As a long term customer who has had experience of both NTL and Virgin Media, I can honestly say that when NTL were running the show, I never experienced a single problem. Virgin Media have taken over and to me personally it has just been one problem after another.
