General Comments

I am writing this review because of the strange aktive8 customer service I received. I have ordered travel bag from Aktiv8 because it was the cheapest, with free postage and guarantee to arrive within couple of days. As I needed the bag for particular trip I have emailed the company asking when should I expect delivery. After not receiving any response and not being able to speak to anyone at their shop (I called many many times), I checked the mostly unfavourable reviews and panicked. However, as promised on the website, the package arrived 2 working days after ordering and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Unfortunately Aktiv8 was not doing itself any favours by failing to reply to me, but the bottom line is they have delivered as promised.
