Good Points

Well Organised
No pushy Waiters
Ship Tidy well kept


Bad Points

No Waiters Showing you to tables
Sat at Dirty tables waiting for them to be cleaned
Didn't experience any personal Touch from staff
Felt like Butlins on water
Entertainment was not family orientated in my view. Too sexually suggestive for children in my opinion.


General Comments

Traditional cruising experience lost on Ocean Village Ship in my view.
Informality taken too far for me.
Cabin Staff, Waiter seemed inexperienced.

Overall we paid for a cheap cruise and got poor service in my opinion, and too many chavs for my liking.

I would not recommend this cruise to my friends.

    What did you expect, all the advertising says informal and the price reflects the no waiter service, they never said you were going to get any did they.
