General Comments
I reserved my flight and cancelled my reservation due to some urgent issue. I called them to request a refund one and half month before my flight. The customer service representative said that I am able to get a refund. However, I did not receive any refund after one month. So, I called them again and they said the refund was credited to my account two weeks ago. I called the bank and the bank said that they have not received it. I called cheap ticket again, and they promise to refund some amount to me. Half-year has passed. To date, the issue has not been resolved yet.
