Good Points

We found both items of equipment easy to assemble due to the format and packaging and instructions from York.


General Comments

After assembling the cross trainer, we found that there was a problem with one of the holding nuts becoming loose. It only took one simple telephone call to the York service desk, and the whole item was exchanged within 4 days. The replacement was assembled again by us quite quickly and this one is excellent. Tops for customer service.
