Friendly welcome on arrival.
Good sea views.
Virtually deserted beach (busier beaches nearer Kardamena).
Distance from Kardamena town centre - more peaceful location.
Pool.
Helpful staff.

General Comments
Have just returned from one week stay at Evripides and would love to be back there! Booked very much last minute (day before). Had visited website so knew to take hairdryer and that aircon was available at extra cost. Found Nikos and his family to be pleasant and helpful; they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived at 4.30 a.m. and were greeted cheerfully and guided to our room, which was clean and tidy. We noticed we didn't have a kettle/jug to boil water and no large spoons and upon reporting this at the bar later in the morning, came back that night to find all items waiting for us. Rooms were cleaned every other day to a good standard, with fresh, clean linen. We hired a scooter for exploring the island (which was easily organised at the bar), so walk into Kardamena wasn't an issue, although we did tackle this in the cool of the evening (took about 30 minutes). Taxi ride was 7 Euros and this could be shared between 4 as always someone wanting taxi to town centre. Beach was shingle although there was a sandy beach closer to Kardamena. In conclusion, nice place to stay, would recommend to anyone and Kos is a beautiful, scenic island with very friendly people.
