Bad Points
1 hour late delivery, 16 items missing from shopping. Customer service is rubbish.
General Comments
The delivery from Tesco was 1hr late phone HQ up they said the driver had gone home ill, no one to deliver until the next day. Then i received a phone call saying my shopping would arrive in the next 10 mins, which it did, when i came to check through my list 16 items were missing so i was back on phone they said they would refund me and then deliver next day and then charged me again!
