General Comments

Bought a 2007 model, which I used for commuting and ran up 10,000 miles in the first year. It did the job competently with little fuss. It's narrow enough to filter, but big enough to have some presence on the road and the engine pulls well from pretty low revs. When overtaking though, you have to be aware that it runs out of puff sooner than you expect and be ready to change up. With the Honda top box it has massive carrying capacity.

But when I stopped commuting and just wanted to ride at the weekend, although I went on some of my favorite roads, I found I was just bored. And in the summer, because of all that faring and insufficient ventilation it's like sitting on an oven.

So, a good and efficient commuter, not much entertainment value.
