Bad Points
Too many to list! No phone response, no replies to emails. Quick to take the money; but yet to see the promised refund.
General Comments
We booked and paid for a London Hotel but had to cancel due visa problems. We did receive an email saying the costs would be refunded and credited to our card. That was over a month ago! Phoned at least 12 times and got cut-off every time. Have sent 7 emails with no reply to date.
I cannot recommend cheaphotelsresorts.....
