General Comments
Called First Call out to beakdown on M4. Response was quick (woman alone) and road-side repair done. However, the repair did not work and I broke down again after 1 mile. This time I was towed to a garage for repair. As the garage couldn't fit the car in for a week I phoned FC and asked for a tow home, having paid for onward travel. First Call stating they had fulfilled their part by taking me to a garage 'that could effect a repair'! They did offer to pay train fare but as I had too much luggage (including a bridesmaid dress) this was impractical. I ended up paying £320 to be towed. Needless to say, I didn't renew my policy.
