Good Points

Nothing. Trying, but nothing.


Bad Points

Cuts out, difficult to use, beeps constantly, extremely poor sound quality.


General Comments

I haven't actually answered a call on these BT Freelance XA 500 Cordless since they were about 2 months old. This is because they started cutting out every time they rang. I can dial out, no problem but as soon as I removed the phone from it's cradle when it was ringing, zip, nothing. It's costing me a small fortune in call charges.

They aren't stable in their cradles and fall out if knocked. The answer phone beeps until you collect your messages, which in the middle of the night is really irritating. The phone loses signal from the base unit, even though I live in a small 2 bed flat! When it does lose signal, again usually in the wee, small hours, it beeps a couple of times, then reconnects and beeps 4 times loud enough to wake the whole neighbourhood.
