I paid seatwave £177 for two tickets to a concert in Manchester talking place on 6th June 2008. The tickets never arrived even though customer services assured me I'd have them in time for the show.
When I requested a refund I was informed that as they had dispatched the tickets to me via recorded delivery they could not offer me a refund. They stopped responding to my emails so I contacted my credit card companies fraud department who after looking into the situation refunded the full amount onto my credit card. I have not heard from Seatwave since and would advise anyone purchasing tickets to stay away from this company.
