Good Points

The machine looks modern and has a large drum


Bad Points

Not enough space here to comment but briefly its noisy , unreliable, poor backup service


General Comments

We bought our creda TCR2 as it looked good and has a wide drum with a large capacity but soon after buying it started making horrendous screeching noises. The engineer called out and within seconds diagnosed the problem as " this is a commen problem with the machine the splines on the impellor fan at the rear are plastic and should be metal they have worn" he told us . 5 mins later off he trot after repairing the problem. several months later the same problem so we spoke to creda who showed no interest and comet the retailer who wre just as unhelpfull and told us that there would be a £75 call out charge.
i removed the back panel only to discover the last repair remedy was to fit a jubilee clip around the fan housing. in summary consumer direct have advised us that the sale of goods act has been breached and to insist on our maney back, which we are doing.
