Good Points

Initially cheap, bought on line, easy to get cover, great TV ad convinces you to buy.


Bad Points

When you want to change or cancel, watch out, they appear to have a clause for every conceivable angle.


General Comments

I was into my second year with budget, previous insurers were AXA, no accidents or claims, phoned them on their 0870 telephone number which costs you money while you are on hold,to tell them I had sold the vehicle and could I cancel/ refund the 7 months that was left, not a problem sir, but, there is a charge for this, and a charge for something else, the bottom line was, that out of the cost of £118.30 for the policy, the refund for 7 months was 49p.
