General Comments
Pet plan as far as I am concerned have NOT given me good service. I had the unfortunately bad luck to lose two kittens last year, and the hoops we had to jump through to get them to pay, was just horrible.. with all the stress and upset due to losing the kittens, I just couldn't be bothered to pursue them further, and we lost out. This year, I have had a cat insured, who unfortunately got sick.. They refused payment, once more. They claim she got sick before the 14 day exclusion. However this is not the case. The vet says it's not the case, but they insist. We have lost nearly £1400 over two years. And whilst I appreciate that claiming so much, so quickly, all cats were/are young, is quite excessive.. that is why you take out insurance! I cannot recommend PetPlan to anyone! They have yards of red tape, do not pay out quickly, and in my experience not at all! most calls to them involve waits to be connected. I am insuring all my cats with someone else now.
