United Airlines Review

Good Points
We left right on Time for both of my flights Sacramento (SMF) to San Farancisco (SFO) from there onto Orange County (SNA). I had Great customer service both on the phone when receiving my upgrade and at the airport when checking in.

Bad Points
I can't really think of any.

General Comments
This was a GREAT travel experience. You may think that I am a savvy Frequent Flier with 1K status, think again. I do travel a lot on United and one day hope to become a 1K, BUT at this time I am just a general UA MP member. With 10,893 Miles. I got my confirmed upgrade for my flight 64 SFO-SNA and we boarded the plane about 5 minutes ahead of schedule. I sat down in the lovely CLEAN aircraft, the first seat on this Boeing 757. We left promptly around 7:30 AM. I had been up since 3:00 in the morning and it was especially nice to have this great service. (I woke up at 3 because my flight from SMF was at 5:45 am.) We arrived at 9:18 am, 2 minutes from our scheduled arrival time. This was an absolutely GREAT experience! Mind you, I am only young so they would not be giving me this great service because I'm like elderly or something. lol
