Good Points

Excellent performance, interchangeable floor heads from other Miele models, variable power selection, quiet operation, well built and sturdy, fairly light weight.


Bad Points

Need to shop around for best prices on dust bags. Have found a Miele agent who sell multiple boxes of Miele dustbags at huge discount.


General Comments

This is one of two Miele's in our home, the other being the Cat & Dog TT 5000, another excellent cleaner. We also have a Miele washing machine, a Miele dishwasher and likewise a new Miele chest freezer. Whilst Miele products are not cheap, they are without doubt built to last and just ooze Germanic qualities of understated engineering. Back to the cleaners, for best results, always use the genuine dust bags. Have tried pattern bags and whilst performance is still good, the genuine bags last longer and return superior results.
