General Comments

After placing order with Who Blackpool I discovered store could not promise delivery of item by date required so I cancelled order and emailed to confirm cancellation. Item then arrived a month later. Phoned to say order was cancelled & should not have been sent, told I could just return it within 7 days. I was about to leave on holiday however (next day) and living in a rural area was uable to get to post office before I left. Emailed to indicate this and was told I must be returned withing 7 days. Store refuse to acknowledge that I cancelled order although I had email proof of sending and insisted that return was within 7 days or I would not be refunded.
