Good Points

You can check whether or not they have the correct information about you and make sure that someone else is not using your name to apply for credit.


Bad Points

Too many to mention! I've been paying them now for over five years and they have made numerous blunders.


General Comments

Why would Experian score me at 644, giving 2 stars and categorising me as high risk, but Equifax and Callcredit score me at 920, giving 5 stars and categorising me as excellent? Only Equifax contained ALL the correct information. Why is Experian called a public report, and why do landlords and employers choose to use it, instead of Equifax or Callcredit? It seems ridiculous that the three reports can give such different outcomes. I have access to all three and the only differences seem to be that Equifax has all of it facts right whilst Experian's is full of mistakes.
