Overall Rating
- Value for money

- Customer service

- Have you made a claim?No
Level of cover - although you'll never use most of it such as holiday cancellation, public liabilty cover etc.
Bad Points
60% increase in premiums after 1st year!
General Comments
Last year's premium for a 15 year old domestic cat was £177 with £50 or 15% excess, which I found reasonable given the level of cover. However my renewal notice has just arrived. I haven't made any claims but its gone up to £279 (an increase of £102) and the excess is now £125 or 15%. It says I've got 10 days to cancel from date of letter, but letter took a whole week to arrive!
