Good Points

Good House Design.


Bad Points

Where do we start, within minutes of paying in excess of £400,000 for the house we had major leaks in 2 rooms, there were pages and pages of faults and 9 1/2 months later the central heating system still faulty.


General Comments

It has taken 9 1/2 months and all the faults are still not sorted the heating system still does not work correctly, they want to rip out the ceilings again in up to 4 rooms to try and sort out the problem! They are now saying that as far as they are concerned it isnt that bad.
