The way service is run from Inverness to Thurso and one of Stagecoach employees who is very rude and makes you feel like you have not bought ticket.

General Comments
I recently travelled on the 14th August to Inverness from Golspie on a day return when I went to get bus on return I was refused entry to bus as I did not have booked seat but when I went to booking office I was told you can not book seat on a day return ticket and was told I would have to wait to see if there would be any spare seats. Which if there was not any seats, would have to wait another 2hrs for bus and only if there was a seat I could get on bus. I don't rate this been very reliable service as we do not have that many buses in our area which now I feel I am going to contact my local paper and councillor
