Good Points

Price but at a cost


Bad Points

Although the price is good, I feel the quality is below expected standards.


General Comments

I placed an order for some prints and after waiting just over two weeks, postman Pat finally delivered them and I was not happy at the green cast on all the prints. I have contacted customer service but they did not seem helpful and appeared to be blaming me. I took two of the same images to my local TESCO and there was no cast what so ever proving that it was likely a fault with Bonusprint. Again, their customer service did not seem very helpful as they said that TESCO must have corrected the fault!
