Good Points

Kept informed on the progress of my order.
Consulted on a potential supplier problem Tredz had with my order and the immediate action they had taken to rectify and keep any delays to a minimum. Bike arrived when they said it would, well packaged, fully checked and ready to go.

None.


General Comments

Excellent customer service at Tredz. I really felt I was actually dealing with real people, who took a great deal of pride in what they were doing and cared for the product they were supplying to me.
Good value.
Highly recommend Tredz.
