General Comments
I recently bought a new laptop and thought that Mobile Broadband was the way to go. Imagine being sat on a beach or your favorite cafe and still be a work so off I went in search of a USB modem. Based on price I choose 02 Mobile Broadband, based on the £20 per month for 3GB of monthly download and O2's good name.
After a bit of fiddling about it was not long before I was up and running with my free dongle. I am not sure if this varies from city to city but I was told that in Manchester there are 5 signals which the USB modem connects to. However no matter where I was it would only connect to one and where I live one mile outside of the city centre there was no signal at all.
With this my only experience of Mobile Broadband other than what I can get on my phone, I am far from impressed. At this moment in time I can not recommend O2 Mobile Broadband and can only hope it improves soon. I have given it 2 out of 10 because it does work in some city centre locations.

Right if you call o2 and say that you get no signal they will have to terminate your contract because they are not supplying you the service you wanted. If that not working email ofcom and then o2 in big trouble !
