Whether it was the Manchester store or the Oxford street store I would shop in I would always end up storming out and feeling like I wanted to punch somebody. The actual stock in Schuh is brilliant with many different brands e.g. Rocket Dog, Red or Dead etc. However I find the service very disappointing. I've never known such seemingly sloppy sales. I have never actually managed to buy any of my shoes from Schuh as in my experience, whenever I have asked for the other shoe the sales person runs off to get it and never comes back. I find the sales person again and ask where my shoes are and it appears they have forgotten about them.

However I think the safest option is to put on that one shoe see if it fits and order them online. The service is brilliant telling you on the day that your shoes are being delivered.
