Three times now the City Link have apparently tried to deliver but I have not heard my doorbell buzz. All I have is a card on the bottom of the stairs. The phone line is an automated number where the only way you can speak to someone is request a call back. They did not redirect the package or to deliver past 5:30pm and the depot is 20 miles away. As the retailer is in my town I have had to get it sent back to them so I can collect it there - so remind me why I paid £6 for next day delivery? They have taken me for a ride three times now. I decided enough was enough - I am currently pursuing compensation! I will never use this firm again if I can possibly avoid them and I would advise you to do the same.
