Phone showed full signal, but I couldn't make calls, couldn't get calls. Customer service said that their system showed that my phone was fine so they couldn't help me.
I'm so upset with both the phone and customer service, that I'm actually going to pay the $200 to get out of the contract. Now that I've lost money on jobs because I didn't get their calls or messages (since the phone showed full signal, I didn't know I was missing calls), This will be the most expensive mistake I've ever made.
