Good Points

If you don't buy from them - be warned.


Bad Points

Lack of attention.
Didn't highlight changes to flight times that they changed in itineries
I found after sale customer service to be non-existant.


General Comments

I recently booked my honeymoon flights with STA Travel, i wish i hadn't. During the process of updating itineries they changed flight times and didn't highlight the changes meaning an additonal 6 hours airport stop over - not what you need at the end of a honeymoon. Be warned STA Travel take no responsibility for your flight itineray even when they change it without your request. I would also warn you, as soon as they have your money their approach changes as you will read in many other reviews - be careful the after sale service is very poor - in my experience, don't expect any consideration towards your issues.
Lack of attention, no apologies, no customer service - be warned!
