Good Points

Very good web site functionality. Fast quotation.

Bad Points

They claimed no hidden charges before I booked. After I booked and gave them VISA to take their part of charges, they sent me an agreement which included additional +50% insurance charges for crossing border to some countries (didn't see it mentioned in list of charges available before booking). I couldn't see a list of countries. When contacted they assured me my particular country will not be charged for border crossing. Then they claimed I will be charged at pickup time - wasn't true. They sent my final bill only 1-2 weeks after the trip and surprise I have additional charges (up to 50% more of my quote).

General Comments

Very good web site functionality. Fast quotation. However, I'd avoid using if crossing to some EU countries as additional cost for this could be added at 12-18EURO / day. See above for more detail.
