Good Points

When my order was stolen from my garden they sent a replacement within 24 hours excellent customer service.
Very helpful staff.


Bad Points

Couriers left my goods in the garden and never left a card, items were stolen, I didn't know they'd been delivered till a week later when I phoned to see where they were (couriers fault not go outdoors).


General Comments

GO Outdoors customer service was brilliant for us, the girl on the phone couldn't be any more helpful. Items were great value, very pleased.
